What Could Be The Tiny Lump On The Arm After TB Test?

I had a TB test done several years ago and to this day I still have a tiny lump in my forearm. It is small and flat but if looked at from a different angle it looks a like a small lump, smaller than a dime. I never got my results or had them read. What could this be?

Hi. This is called Mantoux test. and looks that it was positive.
This is a challenge test to see whether you are suffering from tuberculosis.
The resultant reaction resulted in this sort of a lump.
