I just popped it and puss began to ooze out and it had a fowl odor. Please tell me what this could be? I have two more on my inner thigh..

Diabetologist 's  Response
hi
what you described sounds like an infection, possibly treponema
i would suggest you meet a dr locally
to diagnose the case
espeacially since we cannot see the lesions

also try to get culture of the pus like material you have coming out
an identification of the organism may help us decide the antibiotics
a smear examination will be helpful, considering other infections

let us know with the report
best of luck
I find this answer helpful
