General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi ! Good evening. I am Dr Shareef answering your query.

From your history, it seems that you have got either a perianal absecess, or a fistula. This needs to be assessed by a general surgeon and so I would advise you to get an appointment with a general surgeon at the earliest to avoid further complications. Till then you can have some kind of anti inflammatory drug for the pain along with a proton pump inhibitor.

I hope this information would help you in discussing with your family physician/treating doctor in further management of your problem. Please do not hesitate to ask in case of any further doubts.
Thanks for choosing health care magic to clear doubts on your health problems. Wishing you an early recovery. Dr Shareef.
