What Could Be The Side Effect Of Ecosprine 75?

Hello Doctor, Ecosprine 75 tablet is given by my doctor at 28 weeks of my pregnency. In the tablet there was a causion that this drug can not be taken in last 3 month of pregnency.... so i am a lit bit worried...... Is this drug helps for child growth.... is there any side effects with this drug

This is a non steroidal anti inflammatory medication. It does not help in child growth but avoided in the lat 3months because it can cause premature closure of some fetal circulatory pathways. However, taking it just for a few days would not be a problem as high doses and longer durations are required for this to happen.
