What could be the red bumps on spine of a child?

My daughter is 2 years old, and has 3 perfectly round red spots along her lower spine. The one feels like there is a bump under it. When she got in the tub last night before bed i noticed 1 red spot. All 3 spots perfectly follow her spine, but are not bruise. what could they be
