What Could Be The Reasons For Having Headache Above Eyebrow And Twitching In Eye?
For the past 3 days or so I have been having a headache, right above my eyebrow on the left side and i have had 2 dizzy spells and feel light headed. Just today my left eye has been twitching. What could be the cause of all this? I have also have had some recent changes in my life that feel like is causing stress.

Primarily it appears to be stress related, as you have mentioned recent stress in life. It can be a type of vascular headache, the diagnosis of vascular headache is by exclusion . Second cause can be frontal sinusitis for which a screening CT Scan (coronal cuts) of PNS (Para nasal sinus ) should be done.
