What Could Be The Reason For Weakness In Left Hand And Leg ?
Hi my left hand feels weak but i can still use it to do my daily activity its really annoying the weakness is really strange also my left leg has been getting weak my doctor said everything is normal and ok im only 21 a mother of two and would really like to no what it could be. Thank you

It seems that you might have generalized weakness due to malnourishment.
Take high protein diet,plenty of milk,pulses,eggs etc.
Take plenty of green veggies and fresh fruits and dry fruits.
Take vitamin B.complex,Iron and some multivitamin supplements.
