Hello my worried friend!
That much intervention and this cramping and discharge once connected together comes as a pelvic inflammatory disease and needs care and a gynecologist and symptoms relief with diet and lifestyle and hygiene rehabilitation. So hygiene will be a good start, toilet habits, cranberry juices 10-12 ounces a day, antispasmodics for cramps, and a gynecologists consult for further management, But one thing is sure. These discharges can be nothing else but infection.
Good Luck
