hi my wife has a very foul smelling vagina even after showering and using hygiene products and stuff like cottage cheese comes out during and after sex and when we do have sex it makes my penis extremly sore and sometimes raw. what can this be

Your wife may be suffering from Vaginal Candidiasis of Fungal Infection of Vagina. You should be avoiding sexual contact with her until the Infection subsides. Take her to a Gynecologist so that she can examine her and rule out the exact cause. She may need vaginal suppositories or Oral anti fungal drugs.
Get yourself also examined.
