Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to Healthcare Magic. Thanks for your query.

I understand that you are going through a difficult time due to interpersonal problems with your husband. Irritability and frequent anger outbursts could be a symptoms of depression, but there can be a variety of other causes like situational stress, personality of the person, etc.

Since this seems to be causing a lot of distress for both of you, I would suggest that you seek some professional help. It would be best to visit a marriage counsellor or a psychologist so that these issues can be discussed and sorted out.

Wish you all the best.

Regards,
Dr. Jonas Sundarakumar
