sometimes i get these bumps on my vagina area but they only stay a couple of days and go away i only get them every now and then what cld this be?

its due to minor self limited infection
u need to keep it clean and dry
apply antibiotic cream twice a day
drink more water
keep ur hair trimmed and wear loose cloths
