What Could Be The Reason For Swollen Red Patches On The Legs And Bottom Of 19 Month Old Child ?

My 19 month old daughter has started to get a red welted swollen looking rash on her legs? yesterday was rge first time I called her Dr she told me to try benadryl which made it go away. today I didn t give her any of the foods she ate yesterday, but after we were outside I noticed it starting to come back red blotchy swollen patches on her legs and bottom

it looks like hives or urticaria. Sometimes it may need steroids.
