I took 3 tablespoons of Orange smoothie Metamucil amout 6PM Sun. By midnight, I had bad stomach cramps and nauseous. As night wore on, SEVERE PAIN that I nearly called 911, and I also started profusely vomiting. FINALLY able to get out of bed feelings a bit better by 2PM. Still no BM, though. WHAT HAPPENED to me?!?
