Welcome to Healthcaremagic Portal.
Small black particles floating around are known as floaters.These are small opacities in the back part of the eye.These opacities are visible more in day light and visible less in evening and artificial light.We usually do not treat it unless there is too much much of problem. Vitamin C 500 mg per day can be taken for few weeks.

Hi Harshit;
welcome to HealthcareMagic
The black spots even in day light is not normal.Please visit a eye specialist so that he can examine you properly for vision defect as well as retinal examination to see whether the black spots are inside or is it just a external problem.Please visit as soon as possible.
Thanks
