What could be the reason for neck pain,headache,eyepain,skull base pain?

Hi, I am 19 year old girl. I am having neck pain, pain at the base of skull,eye pain,foreheadpain.i consult doctor but due to their specialization in different one is able to come to a conclusion.what to do?my studies are realy suffering badly.plz help me sir.i thout it can b spondalitis,bt thats my gues only.dont kno wats it.pain kills me n my studies.

-go for x-ray or MRI for diagnosis.
-start hot bag fomentation on affected area.
