What could be the reason for my aggressive behav and not feeling full after eating so much ?

I m 16,I need help, I been eating so much lately and I m still not full. I been also getting really aggressive and ended up slapping one of my guy friend twice in the face without even thinking about it cause he made me a bit mad. But I been having an attitude and I don t notice when I do this.I didn t even notice when i slapped him in the face. I m normally more chill and nice, but Whats wrong with me?

There is absolutely nothing wrong with you. This is called teenage tantrums and everybody in their teens do experience such things. What is great is that you are aware that you are throwing up such tantrums. This will guide you to control your emotions including anger.

As for eating a lot, it is very much expected in this age group and is an indication of good health.

Enjoy teenage life while it lasts and gradually try to get control of your emotions.
