Hi my dear,
I am glad to know that your vital were fine. Apart oscillations in blood pressure, there might be other causes to feeling light headed:
- oscillations in blood sugar (especially if you skip your meal/breakfast)
- being dehydrated (not enough water consumptions, as you teach you need more water to "wet-up" your mouth throat dried from keep talking)
- stress/work overload
- spondyloarthrosis (
arthritis of the
spinal cord of neck level)
-
hormonal disbalance at your age due to pre/menopause
I suggest to:
- keep monitoring your blood pressure and sugar, record the results for further evaluation
- although your vital were fine, you should do an EKG, cardiac echo and holter monitoring to exclude heart problems
- do an abdominal
ultrasound - run urine analysis, complete blood profile and measure electrolytes and hormonal levels
- do X-ray of neck and chest
Based on lab results, further treatment is prescribed specifically.
All the best!
Dr.Alba
