What Could Be The Reason For Ketones And Protein In The Urine?

3 year old girl has ketones & protein in her urine. Previously had history of uti from constipation (several months ago). No white cells in this urine. She has a low grade 100.5) temp and a sore throat. Rapid strep is neg. What could be possible causes for the ketones & protein in the urine ?u

Causes of ketone body in the urine: starvation, uncontrolled diabetes.
Causes of protein in the urine: Chronic kidney disease, nephrotic syndrome, catabolism state, autoimmune and systemic disease, urinary tract infection
So consult the pediatric urosurgeon doctor and undergo urine tests, full KFT, USG/CT scan, urine albumin creatinine ration.
Treatment will depend on the specific cause
Give lots of water to drink to maintain hydration

But both ketone and protein present in the the uncontrolled daibeteS
