Hi, I am 22 and have swollen lymph nodes that are not sore and have been persistent for about two months. I have lost a significant amount of weight in the last six months. Thanks for your query. I have gone through your query.
As far as the swollen or enlarged lymphnode is concerned, there are so many causes for this. It can be because of any infection in that region. Since you are telling about weight loss, we can think of chronic infections like tuberculosis. Nothing to be panic, get a complete blood investigations done and along with that get the MRI or even ultrasound of the lymphnode to confirm the diagnosis. once the diagnosis is confirmed we can treat accordingly.
I hope I have answered your query. Take care.
