What Could Be The Reason For Having Swelling On My Legs And Scrotum?

I have a friend that has started having swelling of his legs and also scrotum areas to the point that he is having difficulty getting around, as well as bloating, He says that he feels miserable at times but after moving around some, he seems to feel somewhat better, but the more time he is on his feet the swelling worsens. Swelling would go down at night for awhile but now is not going down very much, but again worsens the longer he is on his feet.

Hi,

It may be hives ...means urticaria.

Consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment.

There may be some triggering factors, those would be found out. Take antihistaminic like fexofinadine 180 mg daily for long time. Apply calamine lotion whever lesions occur. Avoid triggers in the form of food stuffs or contact.

Hope this helps.
