What Could Be The Reason For Having Stomach Irritation After Food?

Hello Doctor, I am having Acid Reflux Issue(GERD). I have tested my blood for VitaminD, Liver Function Test. VitaminD is 10.5 and Vitamin B12 is border line, Liver Function test was normal. Also I am having stomach Irritation after taking food. I am taking Vitamin D suppliment and Vitamin B12 suppliement. Along with that I am taking Razo-L in the morning and Razo-20 in the night. After food I am taking Gaviscon. I want to know why there is a stomach irritation after food. feel like going motion and stomach is heated. Please suggest.

Hi,

I noted the history of having GERD, low Vitamin D of 10.5 and borderline Vitamin B12 for which you are taking supplements, also taking Razo-L and Razo-20 Gaviscon after food will help. You want to know why there is stomach irritation after food, feel like going for motion and stomach is heated.

As per the history you ave already been taking correct medicines but still getting the stomach irritation and feeling of going for motion may be due to IBS or some sort of inflammatory problem in the bowel or appendicitis or so.

This can be best diagnosed by upper GI Endoscopy, CT scan of the abdomen, stool tests and so on. Once diagnosed get treated properly. The deficiencies once corrected help a lot to recover from most of the problems.
