What Could Be The Reason For Having Spotting And Itchy Sore Nipples?

I come off depo injection was ment to have my 3rd or 4th jun 2013 I didn't want it the last 3 months I have been having dark brown blood every month on 16th bad period pains bad back boobs got bigger really did hurt haven't for bout 2months no (boobs hurting) this month I have had no bleeding and my nipples really sore and itchy only and a lil bit off spotting plz help

Hello,
You have some side effects of the depo due to hormonal imbalance. Howevever its important to rule out pregnancy first since fertility returns within 3 months of stopping the injection. Do a pregnancy test first. If its negative, then you have hormonal imbalance. If doesnt regularise within a few months, you will need to get hormone medication after some tests.
