What Could Be The Reason For Having Shoulder, Arm And Pectoral Pain?

For the past month I have been having shoulder, arm , and pectoral pain. When I press on any of those spots it sends me through the roof. I have been to the ER twice all heart tests came back normal but did have an electrolyte imbalance. If I take a xanax I seem to relax... But I am so nervous I am missing something. And it is not just muscle tension and pain.
