What Could Be The Reason For Having Red Bumps That Turns Brown All Over My Back And Face?

hello I hope you re having a good one well I have a question about red pumps turning brown they re all over my back and my face and and the brown spot takes a long time to go away any times it comes back again to red and some stay Brown and don t go away or if the temperature is hot the red spots will get swollen and in cold weather they stay as they are and when a shower but after 5 hours or so they intent to get swollen just whith the body heat
