What Could Be The Reason For Having Pain In Left Breast And Swelling And Pain In Nipple?
Yesterday, I suffered of an acute pain in my left breast for about an hour. then it ceased. The pain was from the nipple right up to shoulder. After the pain ceased the nipple was still painful. This morning I noticed that part of the nipple is swollen red and still painful to the touch. What could it be?

From history it seems that you might be having some infection in your nipple giving rise this problem.
There can be possibility of forming abscess if not treated in time.
Go for one antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medicine course for 3-5 days.
Apply antibiotic cream after proper cleaning the part.
