What Could Be The Reason For Having Lethargy, Dizziness And Weak Legs?

14 year old, lethargic last 4 days. mild temp. some dizziness. has been home from school and sleeps 15+ hours at night since falling ill, then is up for a couple of hours and sleeps a few hours again. no energy. complains legs feel week and knees feel weird .

Mild temperature , dizziness , weakness , lethargic , sleepy all the time , these symptoms may be due to .
1 Anemia , as I have noted in my patient that such type of symptoms in school goers may be due to anemia . Get in blood for hemoglobin level examination.
2 Worm infestation may be the next reason of such symptoms . Get stool examination .
3 Anxiety or depression ( mental problem related to study or school or with other students) .
First of all talk to this patient and find out exact reason of such problem related to study or school. If such problem present consult a psychiatrist and get his opinion.
If such problem don't present then consult a physician and get his opinion.
