What Could Be The Reason For Having Epilepsy And Severe Arthritis?

I have epilepsy and also severe arthritis one doctor said one thing and another looked at the report and said he did not see the same thing. I need to see a good neurologist to fiind out what is wrong with me. I have constant headache and trouble .with the epilepsy and need help . Just need to more test just had MRI and test with this cap that Sid the left said my brain is over active.
