What Could Be The Reason For Having Bad Chest Hurts?

My chest hurts badly, it only hurts when I touch it and I when I breathe really hard, when I swam today on my back underwater, I could only do it halfway, the. I went on my stomach and only swam for about 1/4 I the way then I popped up and then my chest started to hurt, and it still does

The pain appears to be musculoskeletal in nature ie because of muscles, bones, joints, cartilage or other soft tissue in the area. If you have no fever, cough etc, it`s unlikely due to lung cause. You may take a pain killer and aply a pain killer ointment locally as well. Or you may consult your physician who can have a look at you and advise you accordingly.
