What Could Be The Reason For Having A Red Swollen Area With A Cluster Of Pimple Like Bumps Next To A Prolapsed Hemorrhoid?
Prolapsed hemorroid, next to it a slightly red swollen area with a cluster of white pimple-like bumps very sore & painful aching legs & buttocks. Had hemorroids for years but never the bumps. I am so very tired...been in bed 2 days. 56 year old female

You need to take a course of oral antibiotics along with anti inflammatory agents like diclofenac. Hot fomentation will help to drain the pus. In severe cases, a surgical drainage may be necessary.
