Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
From your description, you seem to be having an infection of the skin and hair follicle called as furuncle. In some cases, it can spread rapidly resulting in a carbuncle. You need to take a course of oral antibiotics along with anti inflammatory agents like diclofenac. Hot fomentation will help to drain the pus. In severe cases, a surgical drainage may be necessary.
Hope this helps you.
Take care.
