sir i am usung depsonil 25 and betacaptr 40 for last 1 year feeling tightness in my chest.doctor prescribed these medicine for anxiety and tension type headache and for high pulse rate .now my pulse rate has been reduce to 85

Stress and anxiety itself cause hypersecretion of acid, this, in turn, causes gastritis. This is the likely cause for tightness in the chest.
So, it is better to take an antacid (Pantoprazole) on an empty stomach. Also, avoid stress, tension and be calm.
