What Could Be The Reason For Feeling Nauseous, Lightheaded And Getting Heartburn?

I keep feeling nauseous and lightheaded it feels like my head is to heavy and I feel absolutely terrible I also get heartburn a lot I have had severe diarreah for 5 years after a messy operation which resulted in loss of gall bladder kidney removal perforated duodenum hole in my bowel

Hi...you are having gerd...with gastritis...take a ppi with levosulpride combination for a month...avoid tea, coffee, soda, chocolate... drink plenty of fluids...that lightheadedness is due to dehydration...
