What Could Be The Reason For Excessive Cramp?

Hey..I been having cramps all day long no matter what I do weather I take a hot shower or try to lay down and move diffrent positions they still come and go..I've drank a lot of water and still crampy but my lower back seems to get worse..please help I don't knowif I'm having back labor or what:/

Hi,

It could be related to uro-genital infection or premenstrual syndrome.

I'd suggest to apply warm clothing to the back and abdomen; take mephenamic acid.

If still no improvement, should go to ER to exclude other organic problems and to run further tests:
- urine analysis
- vaginal swab testing
- abdominal ultrasound
