Hello Indira, welcome to HCM!
Firstly, I want to tell you that I'm really happy that you have asked this question for yourself. I can understand how you feel and how much painful it is to be fearful and anxious all the time.
I want to tell you that --
1. your pulse rate is within normal limits.
2. getting a missed beat is normal, till it is between 4-5 in a minute. Moreover in your case it is far less.
From my clinical experience, I can say that you appear to have
anxiety and some fear related to your body. This is one of the commonest psychiatric disorders seen in public. It remains undetected as the patient is unable to recognize till late that there is some problem with them. And others cannot judge it from outside, as it is difficult to feel other persons feelings.
I'm sure as , all your test done reapetedly have turned out to be normal. So, there is no organic cause behind all these complaints.
I have seen such patients responding greatly with drugs. you cannot imagine how much relief they can give you.
Please meet a
psychiatrist and start the treatment. You may also need some
blood test to check for sugar levels and
thyroid.
Hope the reply is useful
