Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. I suggest you not to worry. The mechanism of yawning is well known. Fatigue, drowsiness or boredom easily bring on yawns. Yawning is also courageous. You are yawning because your body feels tired. A yawn helps draw in large amounts of air to increase blood pressure, heart rate and blood oxygen levels. These physiological changes improve our motor function and alertness, helping to wake us up when we're tired or bored. So it is also positive.

Now why your body feels tired? There are so many answers like, physical fatigue, not sleeping enough, stress, anxiety, boredom etc. Tiredness and lethargy are also almost same.

In your case, you are tired mostly due to lack of nutritious food or due to self created boredom. Or you do not have to do anything creative or to be active. Be active always and you can avoid yawning and tiredness.

You might need psychotherapy and other cognitive behavioral therapies. I can help you through telephone. Please do contact me through customer care of www.healthcaremagic.com for a telephonic consultation session.

Hope this answers your query. Available for further clarifications.
Good luck.
