i have a piece of skin which seems to be hanging out of my bottom, l also have a pile but this piece of skin seems attached to the inside of my rectum ???

Hi that is an anal tag which is common with hemorrhoids or piles. If it is painful or bleed then u should see a surgeon about it, as it can become infective at some point of time.
