What Could Be The Pea-sized Lumps Under The Skin On The Legs ?

I have small pea sized lumps under skin on legs they have been there for months and they seem to change locations at times from my thigh to my lower leg slight pain when I press on them right now I have one on each side of each thigh and one on my left lower leg

IN MY OPINION THEY SEEM TO BE LIPOMAS THE LIPOMAS ARE DIPOSITION OF FAT LOBULE UNDER SKIN THEY ARE HARMLESS AND NEED NOTHING
