I have Lump on the left side of the groin. It was small for a while and soddenly it start grow. I noticed that spot in August last year. I have been on the business trip. General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
You are giving a history of bleeding once. Noe the lump is growing fast.
It is possibly a hemangioma or some tumor which is vascular.
So this can not be taken lightly.
You have to get investigated first before any decision is taken.
I would suggest:::
Routine blood and urine tests.
Ultrasonography with color doppler mode to know what this lump is and to know the blood supply.
IF necessary a contrast enhanced CT can be done if this is thought to be vascular.
Surgery is needed and will solely depend upon the final diagnosis.
