What Could Be The Grayish Mole On The Anus?

Hey I have a question... I was sitting on the stool when I noticed that it felt like a small piece of poop was left over in the anus. But I could not wipe it out so I looked in the mirror and saw in fact it was not a pierce of poop but a average sized, grayish, mole I felt it later to discover it was sphere shaped and soft. What should I do? Please help.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of finding a soft grayish sphere shaped mass protruding from the anus.
The commonest cause of such a mass is a prolapsed hemorrhoid or also called as pile.
You can get a confirmed diagnosis by the following:
Per-rectal digital examination by a General Surgeon.
Ano-proctoscopy and then Colonoscopy.
Once the diagnosis is done, get operated to get a permanent relief.
