had an echocardiogram before my stress test, after echo she said no to the stress test, what could they have found, I exercise three times of week with no problem, I went for the echo because I was having palpns at night when I went to bed

Saying no to a stress test can be due to alot of reasons. You have not mentioned your age and Gender neither your lifestyle habits so it becomes difficult to predict and guessing I believe is not a good idea while dealing with someone's health.
