What Could Be The Discomfort Under Breast On Both Sides?

I have been waking up after being asleep 5-6 hours. There is a dull ache right under my breasts on both sides- sort of a discomfort, not pain- I am a 73 year old woman, take no prescription drugs except Levoxyl for low thyroid(.15 mg- I dont know if I should see a cardiologist to rule out heart disease?
