What Could Be The Cause Of Weakness, Chest Pain, Dizziness And Loss Of Appetite With Swollen Tonsils?

Hi iv had sore troath since Oct. 25 and been very weak dizzy and chest pain this lasted till 1st Nov I was better for couple of days and weakness came back I have chest pain back and my left tonsil is swollen but not sore I have temp and lost my appetite and very weak .. Could u help me

With this presentation, I think it is necessary to rule out acute rheumatic fever. It is a type of tonsillitis that is caused by bacterial and may have some manifestations at the level of joints, brain and heart. Its complications at the level of the heart may eventually need heart surgery. In my opinion, I would suggest that you see a GP for proper assessment and management.
