General & Family Physician 's  Response
hi...welcome to HC magic..feeling tired all the time and difficulty in doing work could be due to anaemia. Anaemia is due to decrease in haemoglobin level in blood. Get ur haemoglobin level checked. if it is low, check for the cause (most common being dietary deficiency) and start taking iron tablets for atleast 2-3 months or if if the level is very low, u might need iron injections. once ur haemoglobin level comes back to normal, u will feel much better and ur performance will also increase tremendously. All the best.
