What Could Be The Cause Of Stiff Neck, Ear Pain, Painful Swallowing And Soreness In Throat?

I work in a hospital, so I am around ill people frequently. I have a HA, my eyes hurt to look around, stiff neck, dull ear pain in my left ear and it hurts to swallow. It's not my throat persey, but when I swallow I can feel pain in the sides and back of my neck. Also tonsil area is a little sore. What's going on?

hello dear
thanks for your query at hcm.

Throat pain while swallowing and sore tonsil might be because of the throat infection. Throat infection usually present with fever, throat pain while swallowing, sore tonsil, and ear pain.
My recommendation would be get physically examined by physician for any signs of throat infection.
regards.
