What Could Be The Cause Of Severe Headache And Over Sensitive Smell And Taste?

i'm a 48 yr old female. a week and a half ago i had a cold that turned into a sinus infection(which i get about once a year). i took some antibiotics and was feeling fine after a few days. a few days after that i got a headache so severe i can't even find words to describe it...i had to take medicine every 4 hours and even during the night as it would wake me. today is a bit better, however yesterday i noticed my sense of smell and taste became very sensitive and heightened....any ideas??

the cause of severe head ache and over sesitive smell and taste is sinus infection.Irregular and inadequate antibiotic dose gives rise to relapse of sinusitis.After proper anti biotic like augmentin 625 mg 1 bd for 7 days will take care of sinusitis and taste nerves and smell nerves work properly after treatment.
