Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query.Your urine routine gives an impression of urinary tract infection.Usually painful urination or burning or lower back ache will be associated with this. For my patients with such condition i advise antibiotics like norfloxacin empirically and send urine for culture and sensitivity. After culture report i change antibiotic if necessary.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further query.
I find this answer helpful
