What Could Be The Cause Of Persistant Chest Pain?

I have had chest pain for two years I was told it was probably myocarditise I was un able to conform this with an echo.due to no innsurance.My o2 stats are in the eighty four to eighty six range im wondering if this is normal.I also have with no warning what feels like huge air bubbles going through my heart What could that be?I have a very bad imune system as well. I catch everything.If my kids have a cold I get bronchitise or i just cant get rid of it.I havent gone more than a month without something for two years

every chest pain is not Heart related.since u have bad immune system also U should go for investigations like x ray chest,ecg,Ige level,hb ,t&d.you have not mentioned your age and any relation with exertion.
