What Could Be The Cause Of Penis Numbness After Masturbating?

hi Dr. i m 21 and have been masturbating since 14 , and all of the sudden my penis became numb , i can t feel it at all even while pissing , to the point that sometimes my body is hot (temperature) and my penis is cold. did i damage my penis ? is there a solution ? thanks in advance

Hi. It is unlikely that you would have damaged it. I would advice you to give it some rest for a week or so and then let me know if the numbness persists. Is there any associated swelling or change in shape of the penis? Do let me know and also if there are any further queries you need clarification.
