What could be the cause of pain and subsequent shrink in the testicles ?

Hi. For the past few weeks I ve had an ache in my testicles and I ve noticed that they have become smaller along with my erection size. My erections are still hard so i don t think it s a blood issue. Please help because I m a bit stressed about the whole thing. I m 19. Thanks

I have been having on and off pain in my right testicle where the epiditimis is located. This had been going on for a few months and i didnt think anything of it because it always went away. for a couple years the epiditimis has been bigger than the other one and would feel a little pain when touched. For the last week I have had lower back pain, hip pain, and pain on the top of the right testicle. I am going to the doctor this week. What do you think could be causing this pain?

Last night I had a sever pain in my right abdomen right around my navel. I couldn t sit or stand there was no comfortable position to be in. The pain would be constant and unbearable for about 30 minutes and then it would get less intense. I could still tell there was pain there but I could walk and talk. At times I felt feverish, but never took my temperature. I experienced chills and sweating. I never vomited but sat over the toilet feeling like I was going to. The pain lasted for about 7 hours like this. When the pain wasn t unbearable I would fall asleep only to be woke back up 30 minutes to and hour later in tremendous pain. This also happened about a week ago, the pain was just as bad but it only lasted for an hour or two. Any idea what could be causing this?

Will the pain continue to increase until this happens and stop or is this what to expect the rest of my life?
