What Could Be The Cause Of Itchy Rashes And Diarrhea?

I was taking clindamycin after 2days I began vomiting, had diarrhea and now have broken out with a rash all over my body. I haven t taken the clindamycin anymore. I ate basa fish & a ham & cheese poboy. I still have the rash that itches & diarrhea after I eat or drink. What should I do?

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain the symptoms of diarrhea and vomiting along with itchy rashes can be due to either allergic reaction to Clindamycin while it can also be due to allergic reaction to sea food or can also be due to Seafood poisonings..
In case if the symptoms started even before took these foods it can be definitely due to Clindamycin..
I would suggest you to consult your treating physician and get evaluated and he can take a proper history and and treatment can be advised accordingly.
In case if it is due to allergic reaction you will be advised to take anti allergics like Allegra or Benadryl..
You can be advised another antibiotics to clear up infection..
You can be advised Loperamide for loose motions and Ondensarton for vomiting along with proper hydration..
In case if it is due to sea food poisoning you can be advised to take ample of fluids and electrolytes..
Taking same medication as advised above to reduce diarrhea and vomiting can help..
Take a soft and semisolid diet..
