What Could Be The Cause Of Dry Mouth, Dehydration, Headaches And Tiredness?

Hi, I'm 26, 8stn 152cm female, generally healthy, even though I have been asleep for 8 or more hours I've woken up feeling really tired, my eyes are heavy, I have a headache, a dry mouth, I know I'm not dehydrated as I've been drinking water and I urinate a lot and it's not too dark in colour, I yawn lots throughout the day and tend to need a nap aswell, I've started drinking lots more coffee just to keep me awake (which then leaves me fidgety at night)
Any idea what can cause this.

Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about these symptoms that you have reported and all the inconveniences this has caused you. Drinking a lot, feeling tired and dehydrated may be suggestive of diabetes mellitus or some other thin else. I will suggest that you seek medical consultation for this possibility to be looked into and other possible causes excluded. a primary care physician would be a great person to start with.

I hope this addresses your query fully and provides enough information for you to act on. Feel free to ask for any clarification or more information if needed and I will gladly respond to.Thanks for using our services and I wish you well.
